Payment details

 

• Payment by BACs available.

• Cash and cheques are not accepted. 

• In the case of an unannounced absence by a child, fees are still due. After three weeks, the fees in cases of extended illness absence will be cut in half. It will be necessary to produce medical records.

• In case of holidays, fees will be reduced by half.

• Fees will not be returned if the location must be closed due to events beyond our control, such as snow, flooding, election days, teacher inset days, or bank holidays.

 

LATE FEES PAYMENT: -

 

TLC Ltd. reserves the right to pursue any of the following appropriate actions if fees are unpaid for more than half the term:

• Add 10% of the outstanding sum in interest to the balance.

• Keep the child out of the afterschool club

• Use the small claims court to pursue the case 

• Consistently paying fees late could result in your child being removed from the after-school club. Please communicate with the manager if you have a concern about the fees.

 

 Every year, fees are reviewed.
